Intensive Outpatient Program

We provide a range of services so that you can decide what is right for you. The intensive outpatient program is a more intense form of treatment that includes attendance of 9 hours of group therapy weekly.

Think about being in a group with people who may have similar challenges. It has been our experience that mental health disorders and/or substance abuse disorders do not discriminate. In a group setting, you will meet a diverse and relatable group of people who are also on their journey to a life worth living. Unlike traditional support groups, Intensive Outpatient Programs are ran by a trained therapist.  Groups are focused on early recovery and regulation,  along with the integration of overall health and wellbeing. Caring for you as a whole is something we value.  Integrative health is important to us as we recognize how intertwined the mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional parts of us are; therefore our approach, when followed, will provide you with life balance and positive changes. Along with the group therapy, you may be participating in individual and family therapy. 

Group sessions are provided Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:10 pm. If you would like to participate, but cannot attend these times please contact us so that we can explore options with you. Telehealth options are available. 

The best part of participation in the Intensive Outpatient Program is that you will receive high quality care and continue to live in your own home.
